Mill Scale

One of the main products that we handle and we have control over to supply in large quantities to Steel Mills around the world. There are no brokers and you can visit our site and buy your requirement. Please refer to the under mentioned SGS report of the Mill Scale that we have. Please contact us direct for trade.

In the United States, our processed ferrous product is called "C" scrap. Our "C" scrap is perfect for blast furnace mills overseas. It can be used as a higher iron content substitute for iron ore.

It is not for electric arc furnaces because it contains iron oxides. Our product size is approximately 3/4 inch and has a 72% metallic ferrous content. As you know, this is superior to a simple overall ferrous content. Our assay is dry basis, and so it is a true representation of the chemical breakdown.

The dry basis chemical assay showed that our product contains: (Approximately)

Iron: 72% (or more)
Manganese: 1.54%
Phosphorous: 0.168%,
Sulphur: 0.020%
Silicon: 3.6%
Chromium: 0.17%
Nickel: 0.01%
Molybdenum: 0.01%
Copper: 0.04%
Aluminum: 2.4%
Non-metallic sand, dirt or rock: 19%

As stated above. we are currently processing 2,000 metric tons per day, or 45,000 metric tons per month. We project to grow to 150,000+MT/Monthly within a year or so.
